We invite all NDT students across the world to submit to the Pan-American NDT 2025 Conference. The student poster program will feature presentations from leading colleges and universities who will demonstrate the latest technologies, trends, tools, and techniques to the non-destructive testing community in Canada and the world.

We welcome submissions on all topics related to non-destructive testing and inspection:

·        Practical presentations/insights

·        Latest research and developments

·        Advances in inspection technologies

·        NDT in Art and Culture

Important Dates:

January 17, 2025 - Deadline for author/presenter title and abstract submissions
February 7, 2025 - Extended deadline for author/presenter title and abstract submissions

Acceptances have been sent out to all papers submitted by the paper deadline, however, there are a couple that did not have contact information. If you are one, please email Wendy.

May 16, 2025 - Deadline for receipt of full presentations


Winners

At least one bursary will be awarded to the winner of the poster competition. The number of bursaries awarded will depend on the number of poster submissions.

PANNDT Student Travel Bursaries

Have a poster you want to submit to PANNDT 2025 but don’t have the funds to travel to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada to present it?

Several PANNDT Student Bursaries will be available to cover travel and presenter costs to attend the conference. Number of bursaries will depend on funds available to support students. Please tell us where you will be travelling from and a little bit about yourself and why you should receive travel support.
